Champion Strength is suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced. You can chose a starting weight that suits your level for each exercise and build your strength from there.
No problem at all! This program can be completed across a 10 day window. You still rotate through all the workouts and get excellent results.
The program is best performed with full gym access but can also be completed with some equipment substitutions if you have a home gym set up.
You can train both BJJ and the program on the same day, but we suggest you give yourself at least 3-4 hours break between workouts.
The Champion Strength Program will develop your total-body strength through full range of motion. On the mats you'll notice: increased power, more physical confidence, and greater resilience to injury.
